1. Who we are
FAMO Market is an online marketplace operated by [your company/trading name], registered in England and Wales at [registered address]. You can contact us at hello@famomarket.com.
2. What FAMO Market is
FAMO Market is a marketplace connecting customers with independent UK brands. Each product listed is sold by the brand itself, not by FAMO Market directly. FAMO Market facilitates the listing, checkout, and payment process, but the brand is responsible for the product, its description, its pricing, and fulfilling your order.
3. Accounts
- You may check out as a guest, or create an account to track orders and save details.
- You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for any activity under your account.
4. Orders & payment
- When you place an order, you're entering into a contract directly with the brand for that product, on the terms set out here.
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
- Prices are set by each brand and shown in GBP, inclusive of VAT where applicable.
- Where an order includes items from more than one brand, each brand's items may arrive separately.
5. Delivery
Delivery timescales and costs are shown at checkout and set by the individual brand. See our Returns & Refunds page for how returns work.
6. Intellectual property
The FAMO Market name, logo, and site content belong to FAMO Market. Product images, descriptions, and brand names belong to the respective brands and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Liability
FAMO Market is not responsible for the quality, safety, or accuracy of product listings, which remain the responsibility of the selling brand. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
